This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service. For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessible via our website at https://stepupco.org (“Website”) and by way of our web and mobile applications, products and services, and any other products or services we make available to our users for purchase. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you thereby accept our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Information We Collect
Information collected via Technology and Cookies
In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier or other tracking technologies, such as web beacons and similar technologies. We may also work with third party partners to support our use of these tracking technologies. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect information about that user and to keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our Service, both on an individual and aggregate basis. If you would prefer not to accept cookies or otherwise wish to disable our use of tracking technologies, most browsers and mobile devices allow you to change your settings so as to notify you when you receive cookies or other tracking technologies are being used, and to choose whether or not to accept/allow it. Most browsers also allow you to disable or delete existing cookies or to automatically reject future cookies. Disabling cookies, however, may limit our ability to provide the Service. Certain tracking technologies we use are related to advertising networks, and through those technologies we may share certain information such as IP addresses. The information we share with those advertising networks might be combined with other information about you that those networks may have collected from other sources. To learn more about advertising networks and how to opt out of sharing information with them, please visit the following sites: https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN and https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1. For any questions regarding our use of cookies or tracking technologies, please contact us at legal@stepupco.org.
We may also receive information from you and third parties that helps us approximate your geolocation. We may, for example, use an IP address received from your browser or device to determine approximate geolocation. We may also collect geolocation information from devices in accordance with the consent process provided by your device. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

By submitting a telephone number to us you agree that a representative of STEP-UP Colorado can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. We may also collect and receive other information from you in the following ways when you: (a) create or register an account; (b) upload information to the Service; (c) submit questions, requests, other communications to us via forms (including a shopping cart), email, text messages, or other communication channels; (d) contact us for technical support; (e) interact with our social media accounts; (f) participate in contests, surveys, demonstrations, or other promotional or marketing events; (g) interact with other users via the Service or other users or guests on our public forums; (h) sign up for or attend an event or visit at one of our locations; (i) provide us with your information at a third-party fair or event; or (j) apply for employment. By doing so, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use your name, email address, telephone number, and any other information you provide to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may offer you the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us and share their contact information with us. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact information with us unless you have their permission to do so.
